Shipping prices are determined by the weight of your order and your shipping address. In order to determine the cost of your shipment, please place the items in your basket and advance to checkout. Your shipping costs will be calculated after you enter your ship to address.

We make every effort to ship your order promptly, in-stocks ship within 1-2 weeks after your order has been confirmed and authorized, excluding processing times. Please expect delays during holidays, shop update times and orders combined with pre-orders.

Orders are shipped via Registered Airmail, EMS or DHL. Delivery varies on your location. Usually 3-6 weeks internationally, and Canada takes longer, up to 2-3 months.


Covered in the shipping computation are: Shipping and handling, packing materials, PayPal fees, bank fees and peso-dollar conversion fees.




For International buyers, Paypal is currently available payment method that can also process card payments available in certain areas.



All orders under Awaiting Processing has pre-ordered items, or items not yet with me. This are the orders that are not yet packed. Pre-ordered items means items that is still not yet produced, and will be produced after minimum required quantity and pre-order period. If and only if the minimum qty is not meet then i will refund you, but if i already release samples during pre-order rest assure as it means that we reach meet the minimum qty and will be proceed into producing stage after the pre-order period. In this status if you have additional orders combine orders are very much welcome~

All orders under Processing status are already packed and ready for shipment, provided the current status of the country's availability to ship out, if you have orders you want to add, please message me first if this is possible as some of the items might be already picked up and to be shipped.

All orders under Shipped status are already shipped and has been sent an email with a tracking number which you can track after 1-7 working days.


No Return, No Exchange

Please order only if you're 525% sure. I do not do returns or exchanges of items due to 'change of mind'.
All Products, once shipped cannot be cancelled.
However, if something is wrong with your order, please email within 3 days upon receiving your purchase. If you believe you received the wrong order, I will send the right one after providing me a proof. I will only accept replacements if you have contacted me within the 3-day window time. Sufficient proof should be provided, such as clear pictures of the damage or screenshots for assessment. Please note that the consumer will shoulder the shipping fee of replaced items.
